Methods of payment
We accept all credit and debit cards except for American Express and Diners Club. Please note that no order will be dispatched until payment has been verified. We regret that we are unable to process orders for large amounts for cards registered outside the UK.
Delivery
Orders within the UK mainland will be sent via Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Insured Parcel Post) or Deadline Next Day Delivery depending on size, weight and value. Shipping costs outside mainland UK will vary and customers will be advised via e mail before the transaction takes place. Please note that we can only deliver orders to the cardholder's registered address.
Confirmation and acceptance
When confirmation of your order is received this indicates that we have received your order, a contract will not exist between us until we charge your credit card at the point of dispatch of the goods. We will send you an email to let you know the goods have been dispatched to you, and your offer has been accepted. Any shortages in delivery must be notified within 7 days.
We will contact you if either your order is not in stock or it cannot be delivered straight from the distributors, so that you can decide how to proceed before the payment is processed.
Support and Returns
If you have any problems please contact us either via telephone or e mail. We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned to us within 7 days by Recorded Delivery for refund. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition (unused) including tags and packaging unless faulty. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods and we do have the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions.

Booking Conditions for Torquay Kitesurfing,Kitebuggying and SUP School
Applicants must be in good health and able to swim 50 metres. All relevant medical conditions must be made known in confidence at the time of booking. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept no responsibility in respect of injury, loss or damage howsoever caused. Should weather conditions or other circumstances make instruction impossible, you will be re booked on a mutually convenient date, once the booking has been made it cannot be cancelled or changed. Applicants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for kitesurfing (water day only) and Stand Up Paddle Surfing.
