From the M5 and Exeter follow signs to Torquay.
From Plymouth on A38 take A385 turn to TOTNES / Paignton. Just past Totnes take left turn for Berry Pomeroy, stay on main road for approximately 3 miles following signs to Marldon / Torquay, at large roundabout turn left joining the A380 (ring road), after 2 more roundabouts turn right onto A3022 to Torquay.
On the approach to Torquay follow sign for town centre P, and then right turn at mini roundabout, follow Lymington Road until left turn to Ellacombe, then right turn at next mini roundabout to Hatfield Road, then take 3rd turning on the right Victoria Rd.
