SUP is a great way to stay in shape even without waves, it can be used for a relaxing cruise, it also doubles up as a Core Fitness exercise using your core stomach muscles, it is superb for fitness as you use every part of your body. The latest water sport to hit the UK it is easy to learn, there is no better place to try it out then in Torbay.
Learn board handling skills on flat water , different paddling techniques, correct stance, basic and fast turning, maybe venture into surf depending on ability and conditions.
All equipment supplied. An ability to swim 50m is essential. Advanced booking required.
SUP does require a basic fitness level.
